As General Counsel for an advertising agency and a digital production company, I have negotiated a wide range of service contracts and dealt with numerous HR matters.  I have also hired attorneys for complex litigation and HR disputes. 

As Corporate Counsel, I represent management, but I have a valued group of private clients that I often represent "against" management.  Having both perspectives helps in most negotiations, especially in determining what contract terms are negotiable and which should be prioritized.
